About the role
One of the largest motor retailers in the UK with a turnover exceeding 3 billion are looking for an Advertising Media Manager to join their team.
This role is based in Gateshead with hybrid working available.
The role of the Advertising Media Manager is to plan and implement advertising campaigns which build the awareness of local dealerships. You will work on national and regional/local advertising campaigns in order to drive opportunities to do business. You will be delivering campaigns in line with both manufacturer activity and divisional projects.
Work with our Advertising team, Retail marketing teams and our media agency, to plan, develop and implement media campaigns on time and to brief
Review and optimise activity to drive optimum performance and lead generation
Share learnings with Retail marketing and wider Marketing teams
Assist Head of Advertising with management and development of two Advertising Executives
Advertising media planning experience, delivering multi-channel campaigns (degree level candidate required)
Channel management experience with evidence of improvement delivered through testing and learning
Independent, self-starter – comfortable with ambiguity and resilient, able to work independently
Strong communication skills and the ability to develop and manage internal client and agency relationships (experience working with third-party media agency preferred)
Superior analytical skills to provide campaign insights to internal audiences
Excellent attention to detail and love delivering fantastic customer service to our internal clients
Experience of using project management tools such as Asana
