About the role
We’re recruiting a Business Analyst to join an established International Customer Communication company. The role sits within the Project Team and will play an important role in analysing business and system processes, produce detailed requirement documentation and support project implementations.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000.
The role is 37.5 hours between Monday and Friday, with an office based in Leicester.
Analyse complex business and system processes
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops
Elicit functional and non-functional requirements from project stakeholders
Define clear and unambiguous business rules
Conduct due diligence
Produce detailed specifications, data tables and process maps
Provide process and technical expertise on inbound communication implementations
Support IT development, configuration, training and testing
Support project implementations and business readiness
Conduct impact assessments in relation to change management
Acquire knowledge of products and services provided by the business
Evaluate risks and predict potential issues
Identify process efficiencies, improvements and value added opportunities
Attention to detail
Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work using both ‘waterfall’ and ‘agile’ project methodologies
Problem solving skills
Time management and organisational skills
An interest in and understanding of computing systems
Travel to clients will be expected.
