About the role
We are delighted to be exclusively supporting our Newcastle based client in the search for a HR Advisor to join their lovely team on a permanent basis.
Reposting into the HR Manager you will be key to providing support with the delivery of the HR Strategy, including specific projects e.g., EDI and health and Wellbeing.
The role will be very much a generalist HR position offering support in the following key areas:
Drafting of HR policies and procedures
Delivering training sessions to staff (in person and virtually)
Supporting with the role out of new appraisal processes and the new HR system
Managing staff absence and supporting line managers with ER casework
Being the first point of contact for general HR advice and support to the HR Assistant.
