Jennifer specialises in Business Support and will be recruiting for a wide variety of Administrative, PA and Legal Secretary roles.

Jennifer has previous experience in Retail, Hospitality and Event Management and has joined NRG to begin her recruitment career. Her passion for people drives her to go above and beyond for both clients and candidates!

She has recently returned to the UK after living in Australia for 6 years and is still adjusting to the change in temperature. She has even moved south of the border, from Edinburgh, for a little bit more sun...

"In line with our continued transformation we asked NRG to help us appoint two Non-Executive Directors to complement our existing Board members, and who would crucially share our Trust values and a passion for continuous improvement.We were keen to identify people likely to engage and inspire our staff, as well as work as part of a strong executive & non executive leadership team. Across two separate projects we asked NRG to explore candidates with experience within i) senior clinical leadership to drive improvements to the quality of care we deliver to our patients; and ii) within human resources with knowledge of transformational change involving staff across a large organisation.NRG assembled strong shortlists in relation to both roles and helped with a virtual interview and assessment process due to the government restrictions in place at the time. We are pleased to say that the Trust were able to appoint high calibre candidates across both roles."
