Learning and Development Coordinator

Are you available for a temporary L&D role?

Our Newcastle-based client in the retail sector are looking for someone to join their HR team supporting in a Learning and Development Coordinator role for approximately eight weeks.

They are going through a transition period and as a result need someone to join them on a temporary basis in a hands-on support role.

You will work with the team on the best possible ways to build training plans and guides, providing support with making these ‘speak’ to the business. You will be involved in writing training plans and rolling out hospitality training. This role also includes assisting the team in finalising user guides for the training sessions and supporting their approach to best practice.

There may be an opportunity to be involved in projects, for example their HRIS system roll out.
