A well-known financial services organisation based in the Newcastle upon Tyne area are seeking an Administrator to join their Finance Operations team due to continued success. This role is offered on a full-time basis, working 9-5 Monday to Friday, with hybrid & flexible working available.
About the role:
Ensure employees are paid correctly & on time
Processing BACS payments for monthly payrolls
Reconcile and process all third-party payments
Setting up new starters, leavers as well as job changes and making sure all details are entered correctly onto payroll systems
Review absence reports
About you:
Confident working in a fast paced environment
Have excellent computer skills
Knowledge of payroll systems
