We are recruiting a Project Support Officer to work for our Newcastle based client on a permanent basis. There is a flexible work patter with hybrid working available. Working within the operations team, this is a fully supportive role working within a busy department who thrive on teamwork.
This is a varied role and excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to support the needs of the business as it grows.
About the role:
Assist team with admin tasks, communicating with stakeholders and colleagues.
Provide an admin service to the business, including keeping accurate records and files, electronic filing systems and ensuring processes are up to date.
Diary management and admin support for senior colleagues, and arranging meetings including face to face and virtual, setting agendas and minute taking
Inbox management and sending emails on behalf of others
Work alongside project leads to make sure information is recorded accurately
Work collaboratively with the other project support officers to prioritise and distribute workload
Assist the communications team with strategy development
About you:
Business admin qualification or 2-3 years’ experience, and experience of diary management and administration duties
Excellent IT skills including MS Office
Ability to work collaboratively and independently, under pressure
Ability to work under pressure
Strong awareness of confidentiality and security requirements
What’s in it for you:
