About the role
We’re recruiting a Quality and Compliance Specialist to join an established International Customer Communication company. The role sits within the Risk, Quality & Compliance area and will play an important role in supporting the design, delivery and development of the quality checking and assurance activities. Ultimately this role is for a person who can take responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of the Quality framework
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
The role is 37.5hrs between Monday and Friday, with an office based in Sunderland.
Role Description:
Carrying out Quality Checking and Assurance activities
Ensuring company complies with ISO standards
Assistance with external audits
Develop and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders by addressing issues/concerns in timely manner
Promote a positive culture of risk and control awareness
Role Requirements:
Experience in a quality role
Experience dealing with management at various levels
Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Positive ‘can do’ attitude and drive for continuous improvement.
Excellent Microsoft office skills including SharePoint
